As Executive Fellow, Brontë works closely with our CEO, Emily Reichert, to manage her calendar and facilitate the logistics of Emily’s meetings and commitments. She graduated in May 2016 from Connecticut College where she studied Government and Environmental Science. During her time as a student at Connecticut College, she studied abroad in New Zealand and Australia focusing on sustainability and environmental activism.
Brontë first heard about Greentown Labs during her time as the Renewable Energy Generation Fellow at MassCEC. Her time there sparked her interest in clean energy development and thus has inspired her career path. Brontë interned in the DC office of Massachusetts Congresswoman Niki Tsongas where she had first hand exposure to the manifestation of several federal regulations and bills shaping and influencing the future of clean energy. Prior to her time in DC, Brontë completed internships with a variety of nonprofits where she focused on Business Development, Communications, and Social Media.
In her free time, Brontë enjoys hiking, running, watercolor painting, and singing. Fun fact? She was a member of a collegiate a Capella group during her time as a student at Connecticut college.
