444 Somerville Avenue: Greentown Labs’ headquarters has desk room for more than 400 employees, a 24-bench wet lab, and 10,000 sq. ft. of prototyping lab space for smaller-sized start-ups.
28 Dane Street: This 33,000 sq. ft. facility includes the machine shop, the electronics lab, and lab space for mid- to larger-sized start-ups.
24 Park Street: The 7,000 sq. ft. satellite location is home to Series A member companies.
In all, Greentown Labs’ campus is nearly 100,000 sq. ft. and is home to about 100 cleantech startups.

The 1,800 sq. ft. wet lab at Greentown Labs—made possible by BASF—aims to provide the space, tools, and equipment startups working in green chemistry, advanced materials, water, and energy storage need to conduct their experiments. The BSL1 Lab features 26 benches, 5 shared fume hoods, 3 types of gas / air, freezers and refrigerators, and much more.
