Directions from Porter Square Station (MBTA Red Line)

Walking (~20 minutes): View Directions in Google Maps

Porter Square Station is located at the intersection of Massachusetts and Somerville Ave. Leaving the station, turn right onto Somerville Ave. Continue walking down Somerville Ave for about 1 mile, at which point you will turn right onto Dane St (you may see a sign that reads “Extra Space Storage” at the corner of Dane and Somerville). The brick “Extra Space Storage” building will be on your left hand side as you walk down Dane St. Greentown Labs, 28 Dane St., will be the next building on your left.

Bus (~10 minutes): View Directions in Google Maps 

Take a right out of Porter Square Station. Take the 83 bus from the Somerville Ave at White St. stop, located against the station, across the street from CVS, and Pier1 Imports. Take the bus to the Somerville Ave opp Central St. stop. After getting off the bus, continue walking down Somerville approximately three blocks, where you will take a right onto Dane St. The brick “Extra Space Storage” building will be on your left hand side as you walk down Dane St. Greentown Labs, 28 Dane St., will be the next building on your left. If you pass Tyler St. on your right, you’ve gone too far.

Hubway Bike (~10 minutes):

Take a left out of Porter Square Station, there is a Hubway Bike location immediately next to the station. Proceed as if you were following the walking directions from Porter Square (above). Take a right onto Somerville Ave, continue to the Conway Park – Somerville Ave Hubway location. After docking your bike, continue walking down Somerville approximately three blocks, where you will take a right onto Dane St. The brick “Extra Space Storage” building will be on your left hand side as you walk down Dane St. Greentown Labs, 28 Dane St., will be the next building on your left.
