LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR EXPANSION BY VIEWING OUR BOOKLET HERE.

Greentown Labs was founded by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs, to meet the needs of hardware-focused innovators in the clean energy sector who needed space to build prototypes while growing their businesses. In five years, we have grown from four startups sharing warehouse space, to a community of over 50 companies. For the past 12 months, Greentown has been operating at over 100% capacity, while member companies have continued to grow. The demand is clear: entrepreneurs are starting companies and hiring employees, and they need a place to turbo boost their work.

THAT’S WHY WE’RE DOUBLING THE SIZE OF OUR HEADQUARTERS RIGHT NEXT DOOR!

The new Global Center will rehabilitate and preserve a century-old industrial building in Somerville’s Union Square, transforming it from its current use as an auto repair and paint shop into a 58,000 sq. ft. Center of clean technology innovation, incubation and education.

WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT OUR PROGRESS SO FAR! CHECK OUT OUR CONSTRUCTION UPDATES HERE:
